Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays


Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling orders to invoices
  • Entering payments in QuickBooks
  • Verifying for accuracy
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Assist management with various other duties as needed
  • Great attention to detail required
  • Data Entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen (post-offer)
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must possess a good attitude
