Spectra360 is a Total Talent Management firm that specializes in contract, temp to hire and direct hire placements with a focus in the logistics industry.
Job Title – Customer Service/Sales
Pay – $21/hr
Hours – 8 am – 5 pm
Day – Mon – Fri (Weekends availability preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders
- Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace
- inventory counts
- Review on order report daily
- Meet monthly sales quotas
- Work cooperatively in team environment
- Participate in weekly branch meetings
- Upsell clients when possible
- Focus on increasing sales to meet branch sales plan
Other requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Positive attitude
- Excellent Computer skills
- Excellent and professional phone skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive-willing to take the extra step!
- Excellent understanding of design and color
- Possess a flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
