We have a Full‐Time, Production Manager position available for a North America leader in large format screen and digitally printed graphics. The primary responsibility of the position is to execute the daily production schedule. This position is key to maintaining inventory, making supply orders, managing team members, and regularly assessing Safety standards in all areas.

Day Shift – 7:30 to 4:30 pm

Salary $ 40.00 to $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

1. Scheduling daily production runs and planning for future runs

2. Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff

3. Ensuring safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident‐free

4. Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production

5. Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs

6. Setting productivity goals for team members

7. Develop procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality

8. Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
