Pay: $22.00+ / hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM + overtime
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
Parts Counter Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers in person and on the phone to ensure they get the parts they need for their equipment.
- Determine customer parts needs through the use of literature, computer programs, and parts knowledge.
- Recommends parts or services to customers.
- Maintain and build relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in Parts Counter Sales or experience in applicable mechanical service.
- Knowledge of parts inventory.
- Able to perform and work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Background check and drug screen before the start date.
